Pros: The crew was great! No complaints. The seat flying back was amazing. I took a picture of my seat to show how much leg space there was. Cons: If you change the departure time to earlier flight by 40 minutes please notify the customerβwe where lucky to made it in time. Also, interjet airplane was dirty. Cons: Interjet was understaffed at the check in counter causing us to board late and having to rush thru security and run across the airport to board plane. Cons: Boarding was confusing.
The gate changed twice and the second update was not reflected on the departures board. I had to run through the airport to find the new gate and the sign for the gate said the wrong flight so I didn't realize I had found the right gate and had to ask other passengers. Then we were bused to the plane on the tarmac. The flight took off at least an hour after scheduled.
