Desk staff are disinterested to the point of being surely. Perhaps that comes with the boutique tag! Convenient to the Tech district and beds are comfortable. Biggest issue is the perfume that is continually pumped into the lobby, which makes the place smell like brothel and not an expensive one! Our guests' reviews helping us to improve so I thank you for that. I am happy to hear that you find our beds comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel on two occassions and have enjoyed both. From a business traveller perspective the wifi is excellent and normally included. Apart from breakfast which is stupendous and varied I have not eaten here so can give no guidance but it is reasonably situated for a large number of restaurants.
The only downside were the windows in my room which did not quite fit. Ok in the summer but not when a cold snap arrived during my last stay. Stayed 3 nights for small vacation. The room are medium size with nice decoration, but we got a room with 2 holes in the sheets, bathroom was not clean and the air conditioner was broken. We got upgrade room with no bath and finally we got another regular room in lower floor.
Stuff is great, kind and very helpful. Breakfast is amazing and the lounge is perfect for relaxing or business meetings. Parking with fair fee only during weekend. Overall 3 stars but due to the attitude of the stuff I gave 4 stars.
