Through a combination of technique and video-based stroke analysis, we can help you discover the areas of your stroke that need improvement and provide individualized instruction on corrective techniques that you can implement into your own workouts.
Participants will be sent the video of their stroke via a private Vimeo link. They will be provided with a complete recap of the drills practiced during the clinic and the areas of their stroke that need improvement. Julia has trained both in the United States and Europe at the regional and national levels. She has been coaching swimmers and triathletes of all levels in the Maryland area since Andres Olvik is an elite-level swimmer who represented Estonia at the Olympic Games in Beijing in the m backstroke.
Andres continues to compete frequently at the national level in Estonia, in addition to coaching an age group team with the Keila Swim Club. Andres was featured in our backstroke instructional drills video series.
